My complaint:

I have paid for a flexible ticket online with Kiwi.com. I have done this a few months ago because I wanted to get it cheaper, but I paid flexible just in case somethings happens due to the long period. Now, when I ask them, they tell me that I have not paid for that.

Suggested solution:

They should make my tickets flexible, as they were.
