My complaint:

I have had the worst experience with this company and their customer service operatives. My flight was cancelled and a refund refused. They offered me a rebooking on the next flight, which I accepted. However, upon arriving at check in I was told that no booking had been made for me. They advised I contacted the airline directly, but they have not given me the correct information in order to do so. The booking has not been made under my own details, so the airline cannot source it to help me.

Suggested solution:

I will be satisfied when I receive a full refund.
