My complaint:
A fraudulent charge on my card to fiji from Los Angeles. As soon as I saw it on my card I called to dispute it. Dispute declined by the bank. Found a chat bot on kiwis website and they are patronizing and just all round horrible. Also disputing my claim.
Suggested solution:
Full refund of US$3800
