My complaint:
Kiwi gave us the times of flights from BUDAPEST airport to Alicante using 2 airlines. we arrived at Budapest for the first flight- they told us 10.05 with Ryanair FR3110 leaving at 18.05 only to find the flight went at 2.20 and we had missed it. which meant we had also now missed our connection flight in Palma booked by KIWI with Vueling.
So KIWI now will NOT accept my booking ref 351 204 106 as valid and they will NOT on web site let me ask any questions appalling service
Suggested solution:
Please full compensation for the inconvenience we had. We had to book other flights to get back to Alicante- stay in a hotel overnight- as no flights that day
I am expecting compensation as they were in breach of contract
