My complaint:
I requested a name change with Kiwi.com who then passed me on to wizz air, wizz air asked me for the email and number associated for the booking and kiwi used a different one to the details I provided to them so I was unable to change the name and had to pay €67.5 to change the name at the airport. Wizz Airs website states you can change the name on the account up to 3 hours before but I was unable to do so despite querying this with kiwi multiple times as kiwi would not provide the number or email associated with the booking. If they are aware this information will not be shared, why would they not use the details I gave to them for the booking?

Refund me for the time and money spent on changing the ticket name
