My complaint:
The o-ring on the oil pressure sending unit leaked 3.5 quarts of oil into the wiring harness and a external engine cavity causing over $7k of damage. The car have been at the dealership since June 7, 2024 and awaiting a wiring harness since June 17, 2024. No one can secure the parts need and no one is talking to me. None of the promised calls or emails have arrived. We loved the car, but after this mess we will not buy another KIA. It is bad enough we bought a second rate car, but the lying by KIA Corp America,their withholding information and no apparent resolution in sight is unforgivable. We had the car paid off (only 24000 miles on it) and then the stuff hit the fan.
Suggested solution:
Make us whole, fix the car or replace it with a 24/25 year model or cash buy out that is sufficient to buy an equivalent car with out making more payments.
Damn thats pretty rough, what ended up happening? Dont tell me your still waiting?
