My complaint:
I have a 2024 Kia Seltos with 6500 miles on it. Noticed brakes making noise. Went to Kia and they said it needs all new brakes, and rotors due to high corrosion. I’ve been dealing with customer service for almost 2 months with the answer being they will get back to me. Today they called and said it’s environmental and not their issue.
Suggested solution:
They should fix it, and we could split the cost or some portion of it.
