My complaint:
Beware buying a Kia with their warranty. Our Kia Sorrento has been at Kia Orbital in Ashford with a broken turbo since 18th August 2023. Kia have agreed to replace the turbo under the warranty. We have just been told they estimate that the part will arrive in the UK on 27th November – so over three months without our car. This is despite the fact that we can get the part delivered to us by various UK companies in 24 hours if we pay for it ourselves.
Suggested solution:
By getting a turbo from a different source and fixing our car. The warranty is useless if they won't actually repair the car.
