Kia Motors complaint: Inappropriate behaviour by staff, Rude staff and Delay in Delivery of ready car sorento

My complaint:

Respected SirMadam,
I am highly disappointed by the service provided to us at KIA Motors Society Branch located at Khalid Bin Waleed road. My PBO number is KMSC20002939. I was committed by Mrs Shumaila that our Invoice would be generated before or on 30th June 2022 so that the increase in taxes would not imply on us. we were clearly instructed by her that we have to arrange the pay orders before 3 pm on 28th June 2022 and we did that. but the time we have submitted the pay orders the staff specifically Mrs Shumaila and Mr Atif started ignoring our calls and messages and never followed up with our matter. Now today on 7th July 2022 on my call they replied that we have to pay the additional taxes or else our car would not be processed. and the staff is now extremely rude. We would like to know that who is there to listen us and when this typical behavior of our sales representatives would get better. Also when would we get the car?? I can provide you all the proves of their behaviour with us.. kindly look into this matter.
