My complaint:
I orderd 5x Colonel burgers and 4x steet wise 3’s. When I got home their was only 4 Colonel burgers instead of 5. I try to phone KFC Hartswater and only get an answering machine. I left a message and I phone 0860100222. The man told me he will send me a code to my cellphone that I could go and get the 5th burger, bur I am still waiting. The Hartswater KFC branch don’t give their customers that order threw the drive threw slips nor transaction slips as I paid with my card. Please see the transaction on my bank statement below:
