My complaint:
8:13 pm Sunday April 3. External bins and internal bins being emptied. We ordered and sat inside to eat. On leaving there were large trails of waste liquids from dragged garbage bags . Milk right acros verandah areas requiring customers to oversidestep to enter and exit front doors. Inside the store more liquids in floors from dragged garbage spills.
When I ed staff member to the extent and danger of the problem, let alone the health issues, I was told…” I simply haven’t had time to get to it”
I reminded the staff of the dangers of slipping and falling and possible legal implications having been advised. Most unsatisfactory response. The store was not clean, floors were dirty and unswept and tables not cleaned.
I appreciate the covid staffing impact, but this store was a complete disgrace.
Never before have I had cause to be so damming inreporting. We will not be returning. Mrs R. Roberts.
Suggested solution:
Better staff training. Appreciate the level of work responsibilities.
Understand the importance of safe work practices and health and hygiene.
Clean the store
