KFC complaint: Denied manager, payment taken out of my card but they claim it didn’t go through

My complaint:

They don’t take order at the tills at all, they point you to the ordering machine without assisting. Placed order on the machine, got slip stating approved, money was also taken out of my card. Got to the till, they said order didn’t go through, asked for a manager, they didn’t want to call the manger, which is against my right. Cashier said it will be reversed, it has been over 24hrs n refund has not been made. Wasted my work time trying to sort this out, without getting any form of assistance. Had to pay twice for the order where I had to borrow money from my friend. Highly disappointed in the service. I am going in again to request for a manager

Suggested solution:

I want my money refunded and compensation for time wasted, exceeding my break trying to resolve this matter and also denied my right to speak to supervisormanager. I think they didn't treat me with respect as I am black and young.
