My complaint:
This complaint is being filed on behalf of Terrace kfc lovers. The quality of food has gone hill since new management took over about 2 years ago.They do not follow your original receipt and hardly use any of the spices to save money. The chicken is never cooked properly and is always greasy. Orders are always messed up and the staff will yell at you and call you a liar. Management is no better and dont care what you say.

The store needs to have a secret shopper go in and try their products. I would recommend using the drive thru,
