KFC complaint: Food was disgusting

My complaint:

We went to KFC drive trough and ordered 8 piece meal for 27.90 and when we got home the chicken was so dry and the biscuits we uneatable. We were very disappointed and still hungry!!

Suggested solution:

Would like a refund!
