My complaint:

The last two times we have ordered from this KFC our orders were not correct.

Suggested solution:

Get some people working there that actually care about their jobs. Personally, we will not be going back to this store. The first time you sent us a $10.00 coupon. This time we don't want a thing from you. Your personnel working this store need to be fired.
