KFC complaint: KFC Sandwich under cooked. Made me nauseous, gave me stomach cramps; Sick

My complaint:

I am a single 68 year old woman. On December 21, 2021 I purchased the KFC chicken sandwich from your location 12104 Jefferson Avenue, G135131, Newport News, VA, thru the lobby. Ticket 1736. On my way home, because I was so hungry, I began to eat the sandwich. After several bites of the sandwich, I notice that some sections of the sandwich had a white kind of clear fluid within the chicken meat; this sandwich was under cooked! I live 10 minutes from this location. Before I got home, I began to have stomach cramps. I began to feel nauseous. I thought even that I might have to pull over to vomit. I made it home, ran into the house to the bathroom and indeed began to vomit; several times. It was the afternoon. Because of COVID-19, our local hospitals request that unless you are deadly sick, having a heart attack, or suffered the lost of a limb, we are to stay home and do not visit the hospital’s emergency room; if at all possible. So I decided to just to lay down. I was in the bed for the rest of the day. The next morning, I went back to KFC and reported the incident. They took a report.

Suggested solution:

After a day or so, someone called me representing the company. He, I believe said his name was Scott. He informed me that he received my complaint. He asked how I was and if I had to go to the hospital. I explained why I had not. (See Above) He sounded a little condescending. And it made me feel unvalued. I went on to say that it was an awful experience. I had gotten very sick and I was not able to do anything or complete any activity I had planned for the rest of the day. I said to him that I didn't know if I would have to go to the hospital. But if I had to take my chances and go to the hospital that was full with COVID patients, I would have had a $120 co-pay. I may be given medication(s) to help alleviate my symptoms. This was an unnecessary incident. As a restaurant, the cooks should be trained well enough to know how to cook the food they are serving to it's customer. Because of this incident, I was sick and inconvenience. I leave it up to KFC as far as what KFC should do to resolve this incident. I had to endure eating this under cooked piece of meat from your facility. I have not heard from Scott since his initial phone call back in Dec. 2021.
