My complaint:
truly sadden by my experience with the belmont,nc store….. service was never so bad…i waited for 1o minutes at the counter….there were no other customers in the store…..all associate’s working saw me standing there…this was at 630pm…..i almost walked out but i love the food and always have so i waited….when an associate came over, i couldn’t believe her demeanor. she clearly didnt want to be bothered at all…i almost said never mind due to her rude and clearly bothered demeanor. when i got my food home, 8 piece meal original…the food was horrible….the breading didnt even taste like it should, the breading wasnt even coated completely. i just couldnt believe how bad this overall service was….please help….i love your chicken but im sorry i will NOT be going back to that store at all.
Suggested solution:
i believe inspection should be done here on the company policies and procedure..food is not up to customers expectations ...maybe re-interview some of those associate's there as well.....clearly they dont want to be there
