My complaint:
I ordered my food on kfc website. As I completed the process I paid online visa card. My money was deducted and I didn’t get any ation msg or order number or email and my money was deducted. I called the helpline they asked me to be on line and cut the line. I tried again but no one picked the call and say this number is not in use. I am really pissed right now. What the heck is this behaviour. How unprofessional. I thought it is an international chain and behave mature.
Suggested solution:
Bring my order fresh one or if you can't refund my money.
