My complaint:
i went to kfc as i normally do on wednesday evening for a meal after along day at work only to be told there were no chicken available ,the reason given they had sold uot on tuesday due to a promotion iwas offered the only thing they had left which were bonless fillets not my preference but
i decided to accept as i was extemerly hungry so i bought 4 pieces of the bonless chicken foer which i charged £5.99 i should have ordered 24 pieces as they were no bigger than chicken nuggets hugely dissapointed
i will never rely on kfc again
Suggested solution:
refund the cost of that lame excuse for a couple of chicken fillets and
make sure that you can supply any meal regardless of what promotions you have on
