My complaint:
I and a friend stopped. We had to wait in line FOREVER…Finally was our turn. I told her they were 2 separate orders. i ordered a $6.99 chicken box..2 pc chicken, mashed potatoes w gravy, biscuit, cookie and a drink comes with it. I had to ask her about the drink coming with it. she said ‘oh yeah’. I told her I wanted my Sr. Discount…..My friend’s order was large french fries with mayo and a cup of water. When we finally got to the window she had rung them up together.. We both had to ask for our Sr .Discounts and she truly acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. When I got my soda, I took a drink after my friend went inside for napkins, spoon, fork, and butter for biscuit. My soda WAS NOT pepsi….it was root beer. My stomach is still upset over this stupid fiasco.. He offered to go back inside and I said ‘no’. I would report it to KFC online.
Suggested solution:
Not had a nitwit tend the window especially on a Saturday. Perhaps they could have offered something but they did not.
