My complaint:
I ordered 2 12 piece of wings and somehow it was not understood . They gave me 24 wing dings instead , so I adked for the 2 12 piec instead, I know it was upsetting to them they gave me some wings that didn’t even look like kfc chicken , I left it alone and jus threw them away , but I understand why the girl was angry with me about it , I jus want her to know I’m sorry for ruining their day , I didn’t handle that order correctly,
Suggested solution:
Just let me get a replacement one day in the future goofy card , I don’t want retaliation when they see me again
