My complaint:
they are not serving popcorn chicken as advertised. it is a fake popcorn chicken that taste terrible and is very hard. kfc should not imitate and try to sell something that is not the real thing. I am very disappointed in KFC.
Suggested solution:
start serving KFC popcorn chicken as advertised.
