KFC complaint: Bad quality food material and inefficient service

My complaint:

I bought twister sandwiches twice .receptionists are untrained and very slow to respond,expression less.firstly I thought may be new but next time 1 month same.there seems no manager to look after them.
Secondly food items like chicken are hard and cold in twisters breads are hard and old literally shedding pieces in the parcel, and turned black by over cooking.
Hopeless,won’t buy again, but problem is that we are living in mall residence that’s why it is closest.so thought of complaining and taking chance to get them improve rather than quitting on buying.

Suggested solution:

Train their receptionist or replace with efficient once, need supervision of food quality and service by cont Dr oilers.
