My complaint:
During my visit to this outlet on a very cold morning I was surprised to be informed that this shop does not avail of a coffee machine. Coffee and cappuccino is advertised as per the photo attached.
Surely this is a prime site on a very busy N17 highway.
This seems to be contradicting the advert on display.
Suggested solution:
Install a coffee machine as your usual from all branches.
Surely this is not your normal standard!
