My complaint:

Well finally able to walk into a KFC today at about 4:00 PM for chicken. The young man with black glasses at the counter was having a bad day I guess and was bad as bad service comes. He grimaced when we said we would like to eat inside and walked away shaking his head. He then came back and became quite annoyed when the 5-year old we accompanied couldn’t make up his mind fast enough. I asked for another minute which ed him to say, well I can help you and we can move this on. I said no (we weren’t there more than a minute or 2) he will make up his mind in a second. (I wasn’t too worried there was no one in the restaurant) We gave him our order I paid with charge and he stammered off once again throwing paper containers on the food prep line shaking his head and hollering at the prep people. It was bad. He then brought the food, dropped it on the counter, and looked at us with a pissed expression. I asked if it was our food and his answer was rude.
We watched in amazement as he then waited on a customer who walked in as we sat. His manner was better but not by much. I looked for a receipt but he didn’t give me one. I couldn’t believe it. We were getting upset so we threw our food out in the middle of eating it and left the building.

Suggested solution:

An apology and new food in a better atmosphere.
