Kelloggs complaint: Zesta saltine crackers

My complaint:

In 49 years of loyalty to your product we have never bought anything else! Now the crackers don’t taste the same are mostly cracked up when you open the box, are on average 10 crackers short and twice the price! So disappointed, we would just like to have what we have enjoyed for 49 years!!!!

Suggested solution:

Go back to the original Zesta saltine!
