My complaint:
I ordered an ice cream shake with bubble gum and the blue syrup and the receptionist Chloe said they have the raspberry syrup but when l received my shake it wasn’t what l always have it didn’t look blue and it didn’t taste nice l spoke to the supervisor who said she cannot change my order and that because they have already made it they can’t give me the correct order and l have wasted my money on something that tasted horrible and they couldn’t simply my the correct order for me so in this case l would like to have my refund as l couldn’t drink it, it went to waste. I have always loved kaspa’s and with this experience l have been put off now with the bad customer service and rudeness
