My complaint:

Dear Sirs,
I visited Kaspas Edinburgh branch with my family today. i was quite appauled by the racist attitude of one of the employees named Alan. We arived at the shop at 10.20pm. We placed our order by 10.23pm. The ice cream counter was covered up when we arrived. We were advised that hot drinks could not be served after 10.00pm. Alan shouted at us from the counter at 10.30pm that we had to leave at 11pm as the shop closes at 11pm and no one is allowed to be in after 11pm. This was both embarrasing and I felt racist at the manner in which he targeted our table. He also shouted at our table when one of the toddlers stood up advising that he was required to remain seated on the bench. I confronted this person after we had finished our desserts and asked why he felt the need to shout from accross the counter in this rude manner. A confrontation ensued. I am not denying that I called him a few things which are uncalled for. This entire episode was instigated by this person. I am shocked that racist and rude people like him are permitted to serve the public without their atitude being checked. I have also noticed that I am not the first person to complain about this racist person. I have been visiting this place with my family since this place opened. However, I will not be back, at least until he remains employed.

I am very disheartened at my visit to this place.

Ali
