My complaint:
I went to order a white chocolate indulgence waffle today 17012023 for my girlfriend. I showed a picture to the guy that took my order of what I wanted. And I asked for extra white chocolate sauce which I paid extra for. As I got home and gave my girlfriend her waffle she opened the and there was no bananas and extra white sauce. She called the store and the guy who took the order apologised for getting the order wrong and said he was going to speak to the supervisor. He came back on the phone and lied that I told him to just put strawberries. I am show a screenshot of every time I’ve order Kaspas, I always order white chocolate idulgence waffle as that’s my girlfriend’s favourite and only thing to order from kaspas.
Suggested solution:
Get a white chocolate indulgence waffle with extra white sauce with no charge.
