My complaint:
I took 8 girls for desert to Lewishm.Kaspas on Saturday 23rd February.
I spent nearly £60.
The toilets were unusable and the girls were unable to use them.
The staff were too busy to tell so i took pictures and emailed kaspas with the pictures of the toilets.
They have not replied. I have had an automatic reply but no answer.
I have resent the email.6 times since then
