My complaint:
I paid a good £12 for two waffles. I’ve been told kaspas have amazing quality deserts for many individuals. I thought I should give it a try. When I was given my food I took it home and opened the box and saw a absolute mess of the food. It did not look edible at all. Absolutely disgusting. The fruit on the waffle tasted off as well. I expected better quality. The waffle itself was dry and burnt. Will not order from there again! I expect better service and a refund because this is unacceptable!
Suggested solution:
A refund or some sort of voucher. Better quality checks of the food. This should not be happening!
