My complaint:
After waiting for what felt like forever to be seated we were advised by another customer to just find a table ourself or we would be waiting for ages. We ordered and the colleague was very rude, no manners and very poor service. We then waited forever for our order and we suggested that if it hadn’t had been paid for we would have left, when the order was brought over they had no idea of what our actual order was and when told many times to correct the mistakes all we received was a huff. The crepe I ordered was cold and rock solid, I needed more of a steak knife rather than a regular knife. This has also been posted to complain.biz
