My complaint:
My name is Kamal Gopalakrishnan. I booked a ticket for the date 24th June 2020. Because of COVID restrictions, I couldn’t travel and requested for the refund. My refund request was approved and didn’t get money back. It’s almost 1 year, whenever I call them I’m not able to speak to a real person. My Justfly booking number is 177-747-572.
Suggested solution:
Either need my refund or reschedule the date of travel.
