My complaint:
I had book my fly to Boston and it an issues with Covid I have to cancel my flight. Justly charge me 35 $ fee which is the Airline not charging during Covid then they said if I book a new flight they going to charge me again 75$ , So I decided to call justly they side I can only book my new flight through staff only I want to use that credit that I have but I have to pay a different of the fares which is they want to charge me 130$ for a flight new flight different which is I check on they website it show that they have flights that it can be only 35$-50 different but the staff told me that wasn’t updated and I can’t book on my own at all which is it is not right futons I book on my own they did not help me I still have to pay 35$ when I cancel now they want 130$ More for a flight different but it show only 50$ different on websites. It is unexceptional at all that they want to rip you off on every way

Get me all my refunds and not charge customer so much for any bookings that they did not help you on booking and
