My complaint:
I ordered my kfc last night. Unfortunately, what arrived was nothing even close to what I had ordered.
I please see attached a screenshot of the email ation from 24012023 from just eats kfc, which WAS what I ordered. Please then see attached a picture of receipt of what came and the food presented.
Unfortunately, the complaints department have declined this to be a refund. However, I see this as theft as I simply didn’t get what I ordered.
P.s – Just tried to upload more than one photo but couldn’t. Please email me on emmewoo@hotmail.co.uk for the remaining evidence. (Just eats already have all of the photographic evidence. However, they are declining my refund.

Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for my entire order as I didn’t not receive anything from my actual order. I would also like Just Eat to stop penalising me for continued shoddy service, whether it be the restaurant or Just Eat.
