My complaint:
I ordered two Deep Pan Xtra Large pizza (supposed to fed 4 people) for my colleagues but they came very thin like a flat bread, late and cold, the driver pressed the delivered button before even leaving their premises as he came at 19:45 but it says it was delivered at 19:20. We had to microwave the Pizza as they were cold, I called the restaurant but the person was extremely arrogant and rude claiming he got 15 years of experience and he can not make mistakes, I raise the issue with Just Eat who just issue £14.52 as account credit which is highly insulting as I paid £43 plus 2 extra for the dipps, they charge me for the bag but no bag was present, they charge me as Services Charge but no service been provided. I paid through my debit card
Suggested solution:
They should return a reasonable and respectable amount and into my card not as account credit to force me to buy again through them
