My complaint:
Had two drinks from Starbucks delivered, the milk in both was foul smelling and yellow—Just Eat said it’s up to the restaurant to determine how they’d like to serve their dishes, so clearly food safety is of no concern here. Just Eat did not provide any compensation for the spoiled food items. It’s clear they are greedy and have no care for service.
Suggested solution:
Full compensation for the order.
