Just Eat complaint: ‘Select Time’ box

My complaint:

This isn’t really a complaint. I ordered two regular cappuccinos and two bacon breakfast rolls this morning. Unfortunately, I I forgot to put a time in, which meant that my order was being delivered directly, instead of 11 a.m. (Order now delivered!). The fault is mine, I know, because my address comes up and I didn’t notice the box below ‘Select Time’. I phoned Greggs but my order had just left. I now have to place another order for 11 a.m.

Suggested solution:

As I said, the fault is mine. However, would it be possible for Just Eat to make the 'Select Time' compulsory to choose,, as you do with the choice of coffee or extras I may wish to have with my order?

I am 69 and do forget things.

I don't know if this will do any good, but hope you can help.
