My complaint:
Just eat has on 3 occasions offered me a partial refund. And refunds have not be applied to the account. I have complained and tried to work with just eat customer support and for some reason they cannot credit the account. When I ask why they just ignore my messages and send generic responses.
Suggested solution:
Give me my partial refund as they said they would
