My complaint:
JUST EAT – BARCELONA – KFC
27.00 EURO order was never delivered to the hotel.
We ordered KFC through JUST EAT.
We provided the hotel name and the room number. Once the order arrived at reception we got a call to go down and collect the order. We went to reception to collect the order and reception informed us the JUST EAT driver was unable to wait and left.
I reported the MISSING FOOD order on the APP and I called JUST EAT.
They advised the order was left at reception.
They were unable to provide proof they left it at reception and reception ed the JUST EAT driver left the hotel with the order.
The order was never refunded.
I called again for a refund and they were unable to provide me with a refund as they mentioned the order had been delivered.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THROUGH THIS APP NO PROTECTION IN PLACE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
I HOPE YOUR DRIVER ENJOYED THE FOOD!!!!
