My complaint:
We ordered £75 worth of food for a family event from Frankie and Bennys via just eat Friday 18th August. When the driver dropped the order we noticed the order looked very small! It wasn’t our order. We called the restaurant and they said they couldn’t call the driver and to call just eat. We called them they just said you need to get a refund online. We’ve been in a back and forth with just eat who refuse to refund us even with picture evidence. £75 out of pocket and a family of hungry people and then none of our questions acknowledged! They said we had a credit to use but we would rather not use them ever again. Also that means paying more delivery fees! Then we had an email saying neither a refund or a credit. So just £75 paid for nothing.
