My complaint:
I ordered a meal Friday 151021 No.1435205360 and waited for almost 2 hours. I was told via my computer that the order was ordered and it was on its way. I had a phone call stating the same and then it showed my order had been delivered. But not to my address. The total was around £20 paid by debit card. I made several phone calls, but did not speak to a person just a recording.
Suggested solution:
I would be grateful for a full refund.
