My complaint:
I had roughly won 19k on the weekend of the january 15th and 16th which was congratulated in an email on the 17th, a Monday by a VIP executive Ruaan Klein. I received 4k from that on the 21st and nothing else. They decided to screw me out of 15k. I went on the chat they provided on the website and talked to a moderator numerous times and they assured it was coming But when I finally got ahold of my VIP executive after is executive after 3 or 4 tries he gave me bad news about how it’s not coming although it shows that they’ve been processed.
Suggested solution:
Very easily, pay me my 15k and let's move forward. Based on the pic attached I received the 4k but not the 5k or 10k.
