My complaint:
It has now been a week since I made my initial, legitimate withdrawal.. ok.. they have now reversed my withdrawal TWICE! Each time they don’t even correspond anything at all! I find out by waiting their stupid 48 hour rule (which should only be enforced one time) then logging in to check the payment status to find that my withdrawal is back on my playable balance?! IF THIS ISN’T FRAUD THEN I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING!!! How can they call themselves a Casino when they don’t pay out winnings? The have zero stipulations about the way they accept ones money but a bible thick book of excuses to not pay! I want them investigated for money laundering and theft!
Suggested solution:
Pay me my winnings asap and then have them shut down!
