My complaint:
Made a withdrawal of 4000 and then again for 3000. I waited for them to process to only find out I was only getting 1000 for each withdrawal. I talked to alot of people at jumba but no e of them seemed to give 2 fucks about me or my withdrawal. So after over 4 hours of wasted time talking with these fucks nothing got resolved. So I will say this y’all got my last 1.00. To treat customers so poorly is not a good way to do things. I feel like I spent hours and days playing in your casino so I could meet the play through amount so then I could cash out….somall that time was just wasted

No solution other than to just be happy with thee 1000 on each withdrawal I made
