My complaint:
Two weeks ago, I won a little over $9,000 playing Jumba Bet. I play the casino often. I completed the required play through and received ation that I would be receiving my request. I was initially told I’d receive the winnings within one to two days. Then I was told 7-10 business days. Today I called and was advised that they wired the funds (still have not received the wire), but that the payout was only for $1,000. I asked why I didn’t receive the other $8,000 and why I had not been advised of this, and the agent said that for any withdrawal request over $1,000, Jumba Bet VOIDS the remaining winnings and retains them. I asked what the incentive was to keep betting, but the agent had no response. This place is an absolute scam. Save your money. If you’re going to gamble, do it locally. Jumba Bet and their numerous casinos are a complete fraud.

Honor the payout request
This exact same thing happened to me. I did a withdrawal for 4000. The fee was 20 so I was expecting 3980. I only received 980, and when I asked they said the rest had been voided because it was bonus bets. Why was the 3000 not just added back to my online account. This site should be shut down for fraud.
