My complaint:
After meeting a 200% playthrough I had $4,900 so that means I had to meet a thousand dollar play through 1900 it has taken me over 4 months 50 phone calls and I still have not been paid I believe that this is a scam and I believe their customer service is Representatives have until July I need this money to pay my rent necess ridiculous I am going to report them to the game room
Not really that but then they said they would only pay me $1,000 after I was told on November 17th that my $1,800 went through I was being posted in my bank when I called back today two days after Thanksgiving I was told I only get $1,000 of it and not only that but the $800 disappears I can play it but I cannot make any money off of it what type of casino is that it b one
Suggested solution:
I need to pay me my money all of it I feel they should let me have my $800 my $1,800 total plus the $80 in transfer fees to charge me or at least let me have my money and the $80 and be able to make money on it like I said I'm reporting them to the gambling commission
