My complaint:
All deposits come to my bank with a different name .There were 3 $50 deposits that my bank did not pay because they were from Korea and it took over a month after the deposits were made to take them out of my bank. I just learned of these charges not being paid and I agree that they are my charges and should be paid . Now before I ever knew about this in a completely different transaction . I win $1000 and never receive my withdraw . Now they wont me to send them $150 when they have $1000 of my money ? Its hard to believe they cant take there money out of the $1000 they owe me . It is very simple i admit I owe $150 because of no fault of my own so take that and send me my money??
Suggested solution:
They should Take out there $150 and send me the remaining balance its in my account just take there money its really that easy . I have sent many Emails and never even receive a response from them or any type of explanation
