My complaint:
I won on free codes but they would not let me have my winnings saying that I used two codes instead of one which if I have it was a harness mistake I did not know nowhere did it stated that I can only use one he did not say anywhere one code per person so apparently I used two of them and that would not work with me at all trying to solve this problem they actually treated me so badly they treated me like I’m a stupid like I’m a dummy who doesn’t understand nothing it was really bad and they don’t want to pay me I mean that would not work with me whatsoever instead the mistreated me so badly
Suggested solution:
I think they should work with me a little bit and if I did made a mistake and I'm going to fix it but I think they should work with me and at least give me a part of my winnings
