My complaint:

Online casino. I made a deposit of real money and took a bonus at the same time.
I then played the online slots. Some of the slots have a Progressive Jackpot. When you open up a slot game with a progressive jackpot it states that you can only play this with your Cash Balance not with any bonus money. If you do not have a cash balance, it won’t let you play.
I played with my cash balance and won the Progressive Jackpot of over $24,000.
I continued to pay the slots until I fulfilled the play though amount for the bonus.
At that point my account showed over $23,000 in Cash.
I attempted to make a withdrawal. According to their rules the maximum one time withdrawal request is $10,000.
I made a withdrawal request for $9500 and then another request for $9000.
Without informing me in any way they changed the $9500 request to $1000 and they reversed the $9000 request.
They did payout $1000 but they remaining $17500 did not go back into my account but apparently back to the casino.
I tried to contact their support services through their listed phone number and email address tens of times without ANY response. The online chat never adequately answered any of my questions and would end the chat when I persisted.
So for Winning the $24,000 Progressive that you can only play with cash, I actually won $1000 and nothing credited back to my account. Doesn’t seem right to me.

Suggested solution:

Jumba Bet should credit my cash account the $17500 they took back, and also let me withdraw that amount.
